CHAPTER 11:- DREAM COME TRUE

Finally i was ready to add one of the best and amazing page to my life and was excited like i was going to get something that was even more important than riding my first bike or playing my first video game on my own personal computer, at that time i understood a different power that was attracting me toward itself and realised that sometime we are totally out of control and the situation was handling our every movement perhaps it's wrong.I checked my to do list and matched all the things that i should carry for the entire vacation and put a correct  mark over it with my red pen, i learnt this skill of writing things down on a paper from my roommate Bal Krishna who used to do that  before going for any journey even market, sometimes this is too much.

i checked my backpack and it was all OK, then i called ma'am but she told me that she is busy right now so would call me a bit later but she forget, i had my lunch, including two pieces of bread and with spreads jam in between that and a packet of cookies, though my tummy was not full but this time my mind and the excitement was more dominant on it and i found a very big secret of life that this only happens when you are truly dedicated for something to be happened, why we are not getting this feeling for our books and results?

Our bus was scheduled at 6:30 in the evening and the time was 5:30, i left my room with my backpack with the gifts, plan and the whole hostel was wishing me luck with its quiet and calm atmosphere, i locked my room and finishes the last lap of some game to accomplish the mission by achieving  the goal and closing the hostel gate, i handover the key of hostel to the guard in the nearby guard office and then came outside the college where i hired an auto rickshaw for the  bus stand, as soon as i reached to the bus stand i got a call from ma'am and i rejected the call and the first part of my plan was already had been started. She called me 5 times but i rejected the call, she sent me a message, "Where are you ? call me ASAP." i told the rickshaw driver to take me to the market near the flower shop, where i bought 3 red roses and a big dairy milk chocolate, i know what you guys are imagining right now,i was also planned the same but i thing its too wild for the first date😃.

Now the time was 6:15 and i already got  7 missed call from her, now i could sense her heart beat don't be confused it's not for me but for the bus because in India this is common behaviour that if you missed to take bus or may be left at some station while travelling they might think that you will never able to reach your home again and you will meet in heaven or hell and this was the last train or bus to your destination.

I picked up the call and according to the plan i told madam that "ma'am i am very sorry because of some important work, i left the college early in the afternoon with one of my junior that's why i called you in the afternoon but you were busy, she told me that" i know you are kidding, now come soon the bus is about to leave", i again replied her" no i am not kidding ma'am i left the college  and half of the journey is already covered, sorry i tried to tell you but you were busy." She hung up the call and messaged me its OK but do inform me before taking any step and this is the last time, never repeat it again, bye."At 6:30 she again called me to confirm that whether i was kidding or it's true, at that time i was standing just behind the bus so that i could catch it as soon as it start to move and also for the safer side because if i missed the bus unfortunately, i would never forgive myself.

i was watching her continuously in the rear view mirror of the bus, she was looking outside and was full of anger and fury, i picked up the call, she asked me once again" where are you tell me?" i told her that " i already told you ma'am, and i am really sorry." She finally hung up the call and put it inside her purse. The bus started to move and it was full of local people and i entered into the bus our seat was 15 and 16, i saw her in black suit with a beautiful small bindi in between her eyebrows and glowing lip balm around her lips which was keeping it wet and glossy, but the eyebrow was little stressed and  supporting her anger and the anxiety on her face, she was continuously looking outside the window.

I managed to get closer toward her and the intensity of her perfume was also driving me crazy and attracting me like i didn't want to waste my single moment alone, i went behind my seat and then suddenly jumped in and took my seat, for the few second she was not able to understand what had happened but when she found me by her side her eyebrows again went back on it's own position and her face was filled with a huge smile and pale yellow face turned into pinkish red. But still she was ignoring the eye contact and i was busy in watching her eyes and her face, she told me that you can put down your bag, then i realised that i was still holding my bag like i am holding my baby and was protecting it from everyone, actually it was correct for some time because i was protecting my roses inside the bag which was going to play the most important role today.

i tried to sit straight so that my arm must not touches her arm so to made her feel comfortable then first time she looked at me and told me, it's ok you can sit comfortably and again start looking outside the bus, i smiled and felt the sweating palms and feet the very first time outside the examination hall but still it was hard to believe that i was with her after making lots o excuses at my home, to my friend , hostel warden, and many more. She was also excited as i could perceive by her facial expression but still she was ignoring me or may be feeling little awkward with her student.Now i was ready to unfold my plans and making it one of the best moment for my life.

CHAPTER 10:- I MADE IT

It is a very critical issue and one of the major problem of declining the graph of our  overall grades  when our vacation was just starting after our semester exam, the night before the last exam everyone was was busy in booking tickets for train, buses, auto and many more even localities were also excited don't know why and it is still a mystery for me. Like everyone i was also excited but there was not only one reason for my excitement but two, one i was going to my sweet home, and second obviously with the person which was just like a dream for me at that time.

At the time of my last paper i was keep imagining all those those thing and was smiling  and this time question paper was also seems to be over friendly to me and like me every other students was trying to fill that answer sheet like this was the last fight for their freedom and after that we will be free for eternity. But there is a very big difference between me and them, they were going early might be on that day or the next day but mine was a way long, It was not the main problem that i had to wait for four  more days but to stay in the hostel  which was very big, there was 250 rooms and each room was occupied by 3 students means around 750 students and it clearly shows the traffic and noise of the hostel but it was going to turn into a haunted house within 2 days and i have to live  in that big hostel all alone, it had lots of tragic and mind made horror stories told by my friend who was a big jerk but it was real that 2 years ago a student hung himself for getting poor marks in his exam and that room was still locked, the room no was 56 which was just above our room that is 27, this was one of the biggest problem that was killing me from inside and the second was warden of our hostel already told me that from tomorrow mess was going to close and it was reopen after our vacation so no food will be available for 3 days according to my schedule. Some point of time i was ready to change my mind and drop this plan to go with ma'am but i made my self calm and imagined all those beautiful moments and start making a plan to make this journey unique and different.
She called me in the night on the next day of my exam and i was alone in the room at that time because my friends already left and half of the people already reached their homes, rest of them are busy in packing and getting confirmation about their status of booked tickets. i talked with her whole night because i didn't want to miss this chance and the second was to cope up with the fear of being alone in the entire hostel, it was 5:20 in the morning when i hung up the call and felt asleep and when i woke up i found the whole hostel was locked and some of the people are dragging their trolleys towards the exit door and the sound was echoing all over the hostel and making me feel so different, then i looked at my mobile and found that it was quarter passed 11 then i again got a call from my ma'am and she was enquired me about my breakfast and lunch, i told her the situation then she given me some ideas to fill my belly, i made Maggie and had some then i took a clean sheet of paper and started working out for the trip.
i made a wonderful plan for the trip which is filled with everything that i wanted to tell her from my side and a perfect plan full of excitement and wonderful experience.I am explaining my plan but don't try to copy it, it is a copyright of my own, just kidding it is just a frame work of some stupid ideas to attract her.
my planning was containing three step,

first- every human being has a tendency that they take everything for granted, so first make them feel          that it is hard to get what they want then let them feel it and then give them the thing that they              want, it doubles their excitement and happiness.

Second- some plan which contain some daily work but with different style because we can't ignore                    our daily routine like eating, drinking, sleeping.
               of coarse the surprise to surprise her, may be you can buy or may be you can made with                       your hand, making with hand is more preferable, because it helps to make them feel unique                 and also make them feel more important that you have done something for her and spent                      your quality time. When you have created the spell all around her then come to the thing                     that you want to confess.

third- the dessert which contain some sentimental moments which will make them feel like you are                also feeling bad but it is totally based on her reaction for the second part.

So to accomplish it i went to the market and buy some important stuffs related to my art and craft, a big packet of Maggi to deal with my stomach for the rest of the days and some snacks and came back.At the night when i got the phone call from ma'am my plan first plan started, to generate curiosity within her for the trip and told her that i am doing something unique for her these days, she asked me a thousand times but i continued the suspense and given my best effort to make a beautiful gift for her and also bought a bottle of new perfume to smell good and awesome. i made myself too busy in all those things that i hadn't realised that i was all alone in the hostel but ma'am also cared for me a lot, every day she called me and enquire about my lunch, dinner ,breakfast but much of the time we use to talk from dinner to breakfast so that i could reduce her anxiety and effort of calling me again!!
One night i was felt asleep early and ma'am was still on the other side of the phone and suddenly someone knocked the door and it was like he bitten the door so hard like he want to break the door, i opened the door the time was 5:30 in the morning and the warden was standing their with his backpack and asked me when are you leaving because i have to submit the leave form of every student and i am also leaving today, i was full of anger because of his heroic entry,i told him" sir you can knock the door more gently, i am not deaf and i am not going anywhere," then he felt sorry for that and asked politely to submit my leave application, i went inside and handover the leave application to him which was completely blank leaving my signature at the last and told him to fill the rest of the details, he took it and told me to leave by tomorrow because they gonna lock the main gate and i have to live outside the college, but thanks to god the day came when the most interesting journey was waiting for me, this evening yes, i then head on my earplugs and found that she was sleeping and taking soft and slow breath which was very peaceful and silent. i hung up the call without making much noise and again start dreaming for the trip and felt asleep.

CHAPTER-9: THE MOST AWAITED MOMENT..

my unit test result came and i got 23 out of 25 marks and was very happy though many geek students was also there who were badly obsessed with the marks and in case if they got one or two marks less than the topper they were ready to roam all over the day behind that faculty member and some time they call for CBI probe. While distributing the test result ma'am called me and handover me my answer sheet and asked me to go through right there, i just flipped the pages which was full of unknown language though it was written by me and the flow of answer was like some kind of movie very calm and good in the beginning but as we approach to the last it become so tragic that we only watch action.
Ma'am had ignored my all small mistakes and just circled it with her red pen but hadn't deducted a single marks for that, suddenly she asked me" is everything is all right, have you counted your marks?" , i smiled back and told her that "no need to do that because i know someone is taking care of my exam more than me", she given me a strange look by the corner of her eyes and then again start correcting the copy of some  sick people who were standing there and looking helplessly to her.

Our semester exam schedule was out and we all joined the seekers group who were a group of people who didn't even know the name of the subject but as soon the get news of semester exam they start searching for previous year question paper, important questions which was marked by the faculty while delivering their lecture, some time they went library (only once a year) one month before exam and tear out the important pages from the book and steal the best copy among the geek students and also return after exam from whom who were punctual and maintain their notes like they gonna awarded for her work and their copy would get the highest position in the national museum.
our classes were off for the preparation of the semester exam and i miss her so  much so i used to make some doubts in her subject and went to her for clarifying my doubts and to see her in different beautiful outlooks and smell her odor.
Our semester exam had been started and it passed like wind, so quickly that everybody started  packing their bags for the semester brake, i also planned a lot of things this time like every time, though it was very hard because i would see her after one complete month but also happy because i was going to meet with my family and friends at home.
On the night before my last exam of that semester Ma'am asked about my plan for semester brake and the date when i was leaving the college, i told her that i was leaving the college by 20th of this month, she told me that she is also going to Bhubneswar but not on 23 means three day after my scheduled time, hen she asked me would you like to go with me, i couldn't believe my ears that i got a wonderful chance to be with her and this time out of college and of course not like student and teacher, so without thinking for a single second i told her "My pleasure" she started laughing and then told me that the journey is by bus and in the night, i was feeling like who the hell this lucky guy who made my day, and assured ma'am that i would go, did not matter by  bus or train or in the day or night.
After hanging up the call i realized that i have already told my friends that i will join them, then i planned to tell them a wonderful excuse and was started to planning this trip to make it a one of the best time for her as well as me i planned so many things and this was my unofficial meeting so i was damn excited but i was also forgetting something the problem which was killing me from inside.

CHAPTER-8 : SCIENCE EXHIBITION

My unit test was already over and my whole college was ready for the coming science and technology exhibition. i was also very  excited for the exhibition because i participated in everything, games, dance, drawing, art and craft models and many more so at last the organiser told me that you are not allowed to take part in more than 4 events but i didn't want to miss any thing. I practised daily for dance and made a wonderful painting on black colour cloth with white fabric paint and also made a model of Eiffel tower with the help of bamboo sticks, it was awesome, ma'am didn't know about my planning to take part in the dance and other activities, i wanted to surprise her with my work so i invited her for the art and model exhibition and told her that i have something for you during the programme. She assured me that she would come and enjoy it with me, i was extremely excited for everything because this was a new chance for me to impress her and make her feel different.

The day came, i was ready with my black shirt and blue jeans and a bucket filled body spray to make the first impression like a cool guy who is multi talented and can do anything. Finally she called me at 3:15 in the evening and told me to come near the exit of  the hostel and entry gate of the exhibition, i was ready with my attractive attire and with wonderful aroma and brown shoes, i just grabbed my wallet and phone and put it inside my jeans pocket and went out with full of excitement and for experiencing something new, may be just a feeling or more than that.

i reached there at 3:37 and saw that she was standing there with her 3 more friends who were also our faculty member teaches other subject in other branch but none of them are comparable to her, i know it's rude to say but my heart was ignoring everything beside her pretty face and her alluring attire.

she saw me coming from other direction but pretended like she didn't. i came very nearer to her and greeted her by putting a wonderful smile on my face"GOOD EVENING MA'AM" she turned her face toward me and also replied me with the same and told me to take out my mobile phone and then called on my number. "my fav ma'am" name was flashed on my mobile screen, she given me a wonderful smile and told me" am i the only one or you save everyone name in the same way"

i replied her" what you think? " she again smiled and handover the mobile phone to me.

Then she told her friends that she would join them later and told me to show my painting and the model that i had made.I was damn excited so i took her directly to the art gallery and show her my painting, though it was not that much attractive but she given me tons of compliments and like everyone she also asked the same question "that have you taken art class?" but i smiled and replied her that "no but now i am ready to join any class whether it is of any art, sketching pictures or making someone mad for you." she given me perplexed look but i know sometime it happens that you made a very meaningful line in front of someone and feeling like oh yeah i am different but next moment when that guy or girl unable to understand the meaning, we hated ourselves the most and tell them its OK,
its nothing.
i told one of my friend to take a picture of me and ma'am together and it was also the part of my planning and for this i already spend 50 bucks for the treat to that friend so called businessman, jerk!

after a wonderful photography session we moved toward the exhibition of the model field where my Eiffel tower was waiting for a romantic story to be made like Paris a city of love, and this is true one of my roommate proposed her girlfriend under this Eiffel tower one day ago and i was also expecting the same but i know it was just an imagination of my dreamworld but i listened from somewhere that to make your life like a fairy world you have to believe first. She again praised my work and told me that it is wonderful and again a small photo session was held at that time. After that she invited me for some snacks at the food stall which was also owned by my classmates and some of my juniors but i denied and told her to go somewhere else because i didn't have that much money to treat everyone to shut there fucking mouth. Then we went to a different stall and had some good noodles and then i told ma'am that i had one more surprise for you but you have to wait for that, she was very curious to know and its common tendencies of people.
Then she found her friends  who were searching her like CBI, she told me that i am going to join my friends and your art was fantastic. Then she left me and went with her friends.Just after 1 hour our programme was going to start and my group dance was at 4th number and of course i was in the middle of the group so that i could tell her that i am the main hero of this show. My name was announced and for faculty member front two row was booked, she was in the first row third position, i sent her a message" here it is"..then i performed my dance with my group people and at the end when i was backstage i got a reply" it was mind blowing, and it is hard to believe that  you do everything", i was very happy after getting her text and hugged my friend without any reason and my friend was also shocked because of my unpredictable behaviour.(my dance video-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ik6OFNzq2Fc)

CHAPTER-7 : NO-WIN SITUATION...

The day came when i have to keep my promise and bring good marks in the test, so i was well prepared and ready for the exam, when i entered into the examination hall with my full inked pen and admit card i was shocked for a while when i found her inside the examination hall,  i didn't know how should i react at that time whether it was one of the best moment for me for the past 2 hours or the worst, now this promise to her taken a very big shape of challenge for me to achieve my situation is just like lion in the cage, though it have lots of meat balls roaming around their home but it is hard to resist.
I entered inside the hall and gave her a broad smile from my right ear to the left which i think cover my whole face and was expecting the same from her but she just looked at me, took out the blank answer sheet and shown me my seat by pointing her finger in that direction, i felt a bit bad at that point of time but as soon as my question paper arrived on my desk i was busy in writing the answer like i am expert in that subject but the truth was i wanted to make her feel like i am very responsible and student and always pay full attention to my work but from the corner of my eyes i was watching her all the time and she was also doing the same and some time she looked very deep inside me not because she wanted to but she awaring me no to look directly to her and to be more focused on the answer sheet.
1 hour had been passed and she was signing at the top of the answer sheet as a examiner and finally she reached to my desk where i was waiting for her eagerly, she stood in front of me and asked my answer sheet but i was ignoring her like i hadn't seen her coming this way, finally i raised my head and found her standing in front me as i already knew because of that intense and crazy smell of her perfume which again taken me to the new world of imagination.
i handover the answer sheet to her and then  she signed it with great attention and the looked at me with a smile full of slyness. i took my paper back and again start writing the answers and watching her again, suddenly i realised that time is over she didn't disturb me and after collecting the answer sheet from all the students she went on her desk and start counting the number of answer sheets to match it with the number of students were present in the examination hall and finally came to me and sat beside me and was watching me with her curious eyes, i was writing like a pro before i found her near to me my mind was not in my control and my pen was laughing at me because even i didn't know what i was writing at that time.

she asked me are you done and i was like yeah it was a piece a cake for me but in reality i knew the paper wasn't that easy, i just wanted to spent some more time in that hall with her but we both were bounded to do so. i grabbed my belongings and start moving toward the door, she suddenly asked me" let's see, i given you more time and i am also expecting more from you Navin" i turned around and passed a wonderful smile and before she start evaluating my answer sheet right there i ran away as fast as i could because i knew what is going to happen.

CHAPTER 6: SORROW BEHIND THE PRETTY FACE

My unit test was over my head and i promised ma'am that i would bring full marks in her subject, though i didn't know how i was going to fulfil this promise. Unit test schedule was hanging like death warrant for all the students in the college notice board with the other notice showing the % attendance and mine was 89% because from few past weeks i became very persistent and obedient student of coarse not for study but for attending my class even on the weekends too.


finally unit test had been started and after coming from the first day of my test i was just entering inside the room my mobile reflected the name of my fav ma'am on the screen, i received the call in one ring. Ma'am asked about my exam and about the next exam that was ect, before i answer her anything she became silent for sometime. I asked her that what happen ma'am, is everything is alright? finally after a very big pause she uttered a single word a"yes" and hung up,i was feeling so strange so i dialled her number once again but she rejected the call, i called her thrice but no answer from her side. After fifteen minutes she called me and told me that nothing series you first focus on your exam then we will talk, i insisted her to tell me the reason , she became silent but i could heard her small hiccups while she was crying silently  though it was damn cute and i wanted to be like this for some more time but the situation was very critical so i again asked her the reason behind her anxiety and disappointment, she was badly broken down by the present situation in her life when her own decision turning into an ugly truth which was hard to resist.


Finally she stopped crying however in her slow and soft voice (even more because of the heaviness after crying) she told me that her parents forcing her to get married soon and they are ready to accept her choice, her so called boyfriend but  the main problem was whenever she tried to bring this thing up he use to deny by telling her about his future that he need time to settle up this things and every refuse to marry and this was not the first time since last 3 years he was doing the same and in India we know the situation, but she was ready to get married and anted to start a new journey of her life.

I listened the whole thing patiently and then again she broke up in tears the again i tried to stop her and try to made her feel good, i told her to understand the situation of the guy, i told ma'am that" may be he is asking for time because he want to fulfil your every wish so he want to be settle down first and he is doing all this things for you" but silently i was cursing that guy for making her feel so terrible and sad.

That day we talked around 3:45 minutes continuously and finally i cracked a third class joke and she was laughing and smiling in her soothing and soft voice.....damn!! i fall in love with her once again.
tomorrow was my ect subject test yes the same subject which was expecting a hell lot of things from me like it would decide my future but the truth about the personal life of ma'am running all around my imagination giving me different kind of vibes mixed with great complexion of bad and good but i want to think little more on this at my favourite place where i use to go daily in the evening when i was off the football ground.
